Suppressors — the rules changed

Buy a suppressor like any other firearm.

Under current ATF guidance, suppressors transfer on an ATF Form 4473 with a NICS background check — the same process as buying a rifle. No Form 4. No 6–12 month wait. No $200 tax stamp. Walk in, pass the check, take it home the same day.

About the shop

Two oaths, kept daily.

I took my first oath in the U.S. Army, serving with the Mississippi Army National Guard. I took my second oath as a police officer with the Ripley Police Department.

2 Oaths Firearms is built on both: serve straight, deal fair, and stand by the Second Amendment. No pressure tactics, no inflated prices — just an honest gun shop run by somebody who’s spent his life around firearms and the people who carry them.

  • U.S. Army veteran — Mississippi Army National Guard
  • Ripley Police Department veteran
  • Licensed FFL dealer — Class 3 SOT (suppressors)
  • Authorized Silencer Shop dealer
